I misunderstood when purchasing this book. I thought that the chords were laid out in the order of the keys but they are listed alphabetically. There are a few pages in the back that have them in a 1 4 5 progression which was what I was looking for but the print is very small. Overall all good for a reference book, just hard to use as a practing tool.
